The nonprofit Ananda Social and Educational Trust in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, South India that needs help sending children to school with school uniforms and the proper tools too. Right now they have 100 plus children, and could have more if the funds were there available. But, out of the 50 plus children they can only help out 50 children.

Now the cost per child sending them to school for the whole year is $150 US Dollars. For personal reasons this nonprofit is very dear to the heart of Shanti Host. So this is my pledge to these children of the nonprofit and you. Their school year starts in June and ends in April and in 2010 I want to write a huge check to help these children have a chance in life. So, we have decided to majority of our net profit every month and set is aside in a special account for them. Plus we want to create scholarships for these children that want to go to college too. The nonprofit is Ananda Social and Educational Trust.
